What You’ll Actually Do

Four main lifts form the foundation: squat (legs, glutes, core), deadlift (back, glutes, total-body power), bench press (chest, shoulders, arms), overhead press (shoulders, upper back). Plus accessory work for aesthetics and injury prevention.

You train in small groups of 6-12 with a coach who knows your name, your goals, and your specific progression. Sessions are 55-90 minutes. We meet you where you are at and build from there.

The program is structured and progressive, not random workouts. Everyone follows the same template, but your coach adjusts the weight and variations based on where you are.

How You Track Progress

Every 3 months: strength testing (see exactly how much stronger you’ve gotten) and follow-up Fit3D scans (see body composition changes).

Members typically see fat coming off while muscle stays or increases. Clothes fit differently. Posture improves. Weights that felt heavy become manageable.

This isn’t based on how you “feel” or random photos. You get objective data: your squat increased, your body fat dropped, you gained muscle. That’s how you know it’s working.

Unlimited Training

Train as often as you want for $496 every 4 weeks. Most members train 3-5 times per week. No add-ons, no hidden fees.

The Middle Ground Between Personal Training And Commercial Gyms

Personal trainers in Brooklyn charge $100-200 per session. Training 3x/week runs $1,200-2,400 per month. Commercial gyms are cheaper but offer no guidance. SBWC is the middle ground: expert coaching without the personal training price tag.

Same quality coaching as personal training – your coach knows your name and tracks your progression. But in groups of 6-12, so you pay $496/month unlimited instead of $1,200-2,400/month.

Unlike commercial gyms where you’re on your own, you follow a progressive program built around four main lifts with accessory work. Everyone follows the same template, but your coach adjusts based on where you are.

Every 3 months: strength testing and Fit3D body scans. You get real data – your squat increased, your body fat dropped, you gained muscle. Not based on how you “feel” or random photos.

Small groups mean your coach notices when you’re consistent (or when you’re not). But it’s not a crowded commercial gym with 40 people waiting for equipment. You show up, train, and make progress.

Ready To Start?

Book your $99 assessment. You’ll get a Fit3D body scan, movement screening, goal-setting session, and program walkthrough. The $99 comes off your first payment when you join – you’d pay $397 instead of $496 for your first 4 weeks.

Then you start training. Your coach knows your goals and tracks your progression. You train as often as you want. Every 3 months you test your lifts and see what’s changed.

Most members stay for years, not months. When you find a gym that works, you stick with it.
