The Middle Ground Between Personal Training And Commercial Gyms
Personal trainers in Brooklyn charge $100-200 per session. Training 3x/week runs $1,200-2,400 per month. Commercial gyms are cheaper but offer no guidance. SBWC is the middle ground: expert coaching without the personal training price tag.
Same quality coaching as personal training – your coach knows your name and tracks your progression. But in groups of 6-12, so you pay $496/month unlimited instead of $1,200-2,400/month.
Unlike commercial gyms where you’re on your own, you follow a progressive program built around four main lifts with accessory work. Everyone follows the same template, but your coach adjusts based on where you are.
Every 3 months: strength testing and Fit3D body scans. You get real data – your squat increased, your body fat dropped, you gained muscle. Not based on how you “feel” or random photos.
Small groups mean your coach notices when you’re consistent (or when you’re not). But it’s not a crowded commercial gym with 40 people waiting for equipment. You show up, train, and make progress.
