At the South Brooklyn Weightlifting Club (SBWC) our holistic approach to wellness provides a safe, dynamic, and productive environment. We emphasize a lifestyle that will keep you strong, sane, and increase your longevity. In fact, we believe that it is even more important to train as we get older. We encourage people of all ages to join. Everyone works within their abilities and develops at their own pace. Our approaches to coaching and programming put you, as the athlete, first.

SBWC Fundamental Strength

This is where you begin your journey to a stronger, more mobile, more agile, and healthier version of your current self. You start with a 30-minute assessment and a Fid 3D body scan with one of our coaches. Your assessment is followed up with a 90 minute 1-on-1 training session.
