Please fill out the form below to request a membership freeze.
All freeze requests must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance of the start of your membership freeze. SBWC will not be held responsible for auto payments that occur before a membership freeze is processed if your request is made within 5 business days of your billing date. If your membership freeze is scheduled to start after your membership is renewed, be advised that your membership will not be prorated until your next billing cycle.
Your account must be in good standing in order to freeze your membership.
