Freeze
Members may freeze their memberships for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks. All freeze requests must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance of the start of your membership freeze. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
SBWC will not be held responsible for auto payments that occur before a membership freeze is processed if your request is made within 5 business days of your billing date.
If your membership freeze is scheduled to start after your membership is renewed, be advised that your membership will not be prorated until your next billing cycle.
