Since our first priority is strength development, most of our training takes place in small groups under the watch of our skilled and attentive coaches. No experience is necessary to join South Brooklyn Weightlifting Club, We meet you where you are and teach you everything you need to know to help you safely build strength through barbell training. You can get a personal trainer at South Brooklyn Weightlifting Club but you may find that it is not necessary as you will get all the attention that you need in our small-group training sessions. Each training session is 90 minutes and most people can get their training done in an hour if necessary. We’d be happy to discuss your needs during an Intro Call. Book your Free Call today!
