9th Annual USAPL American Open Powerlifting Championships

By Paulie T-Shirts This past weekend I had the pleasure of competing in the 9th Annual USAPL American Open Powerlifting Championships. I competed Raw in the 125kg weight class. I had a great time and I was happy to share the event with my beautiful and supportive wife Rebecca S, strength coach extraordinaire and training partner Jeremy F, the real Hebrew Hammer Avi S, marvelous Margie L, Jack L where the L stands for Lionheart, and my training partner Mike T who  managed my numbers and kept my eye on the prize. The Beginning Female Weightlifter – Part II

The focus was on the midsagittal plane, which is a theoretical construct dividing the body into symmetrical right and left halves.
